HACHI:  Ocho / Eight.

HACHIDAN:  Octavo DAN. "Hachi" significa ocho y "Dan" significa grado / Eighth degree. Refers to the eighth black belt rank in the dan ranking system.

HACHIMAKI:  Banda de tela que se ata alrededor de la cabeza con propósitos ceremoniales, deportivos o eventos donde se requiere determinación. En artes marciales puede ser considerado un símbolo de espíritu de lucha. / Headband. Refers to a strip of cloth tied around the forehead. In Japanese culture, it symbolizes effort, focus, courage and perseverance.

HAISHO:  Dorso de la mano / Backhand. 

HAISOKU: Empeine / Instep.

HAJIME: Empezar, comenzar / Start, begin.

HANA:  Nariz / Nose.

HARA:  Abdomen / Abdomen.

HEIKO DACHI: Postura con los pies paralelos. Posición de pie, con los pies separados aproximadamente al ancho de los hombros y las puntas dirigidas hacia adelante, paralelas entre sí. / Parallel stance. Position where the feet are placed about shoulder-width apart, pointing foward and parallel to each other.

HIDARI:  Izquierda / Left.

HIJI:  Codo / Elbow.

HIKIASHI:  Retroceso del pie o de la pierna / Withdrawing leg or retracting foot.

HIKITE:  Retroceso de la mano. Movimiento de retraer una mano hacia la cadera o el costado / Pulling hand, refers to the action of retracting one hand.

HIKIWAKE:  Empate / Draw.

HIRAKEN:  Puño plano / Flat fist.

HITAI: Frente / Forehead.

HITOSASHIYUBI:  Dedo índice /  Index finger. Finger used to point at a person.

HIZA:  Rodilla / Knee.

HIZO:  Bazo / Spleen.

HYAKU: Cien / One hundred.
